The BDP-10x players are all capable of outputting a video resolution of 4K. However, if the display that the player is connected to is not a 4K display, you will see only a blank screen.

If you inadvertently select 4Kx2K as the Output Resolution and no longer have video, there is an easy way to return to an output resolution that is supported by your display.

1. 1. Using the remote control, press the Resolution button at the bottom left of     the remote.
2. 2. You should only have to press the Resolution button twice to reset     the Output Resolution to Auto.
   
3. 3. When you press the Resolution button, the front panel display of the player     will display which Output Resolution is currently selected.
   
4. 4. It may take up to 10 seconds for video to return after selecting a supported Output Resolution.
